We talk about growing up in the streets of DC, meeting tennis legend Arthur Ashe and eventually using tennis as a path to a better life. His story is so familiar to us as former youth athletes, and resonates well after the King Richard biopic starring Will Smith as the father of a young Venus and Serena Williams.
